Happy Foodie Friday! I know you may still be stuffed with Thanksgiving food, but I'm sharing a place you have to try out!
I've been to Blackwell Hitch a few times, but when I've gone I spent most of the time laughing and enjoying the vibes.
We had reservations to go a few times, but ended up needing to reschedule.
We finally went to Blackwall Hitch Baltimore a few weeks ago. I love that it's in the downtown harbor area, so you have a nice view of the water on your way to the restaurant. For dinner, I had the Bayou Penne, which had shrimp, chicken, sausage, and creole seasoning. To drink I had the grapefruit wine crush, which was really light and refreshing.
The second time we’ve gone was this week. We were planning to go to Baltimore, but decided to go to Blackwall Hitch Annapolis since it's closer. One thing to note is that both locations have different menus.
I ended up trying the strawberry rose martini which was so delicious I had to get two! For dinner I tried the creole rigatoni which was also great. To close, we had the chocolate torte cake and sat by the fire and listened to the live band.
One thing that I also loved is that the staff is very knowledgeable. They were able to make drink and food recommendations throughout the night.
