Restaurant Review: Yard House

While my husband and I planned our Valentine’s Day weekend mini getaway, you know we had to think about food! We love eating out and with the holiday, we had to consider where we should go that was nearby our hotel, abiding by pandemic guidelines, and had good reviews.

I was torn about where we would eat for the special occasion ahead of the weekend. It may seem like a small thing, but I was especially nervous and putting pressure on myself since it was my turn this year to pick a location. I thought about picking somewhere fancy, but I wasn't in a really stuffy formal mood. My husband also prefers laid-back things. When we were walking around Arundel Mills shopping, we saw Yard House. We then looked at the menu and decided to give it a try. This was a discovery made before Valentine's Day, so let’s just say this was a test run lol.

Yard House is a hidden gem! The food and service were amazing! The staff really paid attention to details and were knowledgeable about the menu. The food was so good! We then decided that this is where we would eat for Valentine’s Day. It was so good that we went back the next day lol. We had:

• Beer flight

• Sangria

• Chicken Tortilla soup

• Burger sliders

• Blackened shrimp tacos
